At Tanoush, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged, worn, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Accessories (if introduced later) may not qualify for returns due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will need to send the product back via courier (return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect).
- After inspection, we will confirm whether your return is approved.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full cash refund for the product price.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Wrong or Defective Items
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- You can choose a full refund or a replacement.
