Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted third-party courier services. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Please ensure you have the correct amount available at the time of delivery.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Tanoush is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if applicable).

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure to provide accurate delivery details and incase of mistake you can contact us to make the correction within 12h of the order. Orders with incorrect information or failed delivery attempts may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
